Il Forno Pioppi nasce nel 1966, allorchè un giovane fornaio con tanta voglia di fare si mette in proprio; costui è Pioppi Sestilio capostipite dell'Azienda Pioppi S. e C. S.N.C.. Ancora oggi Sestilio in arte "Pippo" si sveglia tutte le notti per confezionare con amore pane a volontà. Nel frattempo l'Azienda si è evoluta e potenziata. Ogni componente della famiglia Pioppi è parte integrante della società: la signora Bruna che cura con perizia e passione lo splendido punto vendita situato nel centro commerciale costruito dai Pioppi, poi abbiamo Andrea, il primogenito, che si occupa della pasticceria, Fabio il secondogenito si occupa di pane speciale e torte salate, nonchè della famosa Torta di Pasqua. Infine Fernando, il più giovane della casa, contabile e responsabile amministrativo. I Pioppi sono coadiuvati da dodici operai.

Pioppi's Baker Shop was born in 1966 when a young ambitious baker went into business for himself; he's Sestilio Pioppi, founding father of the Pioppi S. + Company. Today Sestilio or "Pippo" still wakes up in the middle of the night with dedication to make a hearty amount of bread. Over the years the Company has evolved and become stronger. Every member of the Pioppi Family is an integral part of the Company: Mrs. Pioppi, Bruna, skillfully and lovingly takes care of the bakery, found in the shopping centre built by Pioppi, then there's Andrea, the oldest son, who takes care of the pastries; Fabio, the second son looks after specialty breads and pies, as well as the famous Easter Cheese Bread. Finally, Fernando, the youngest, is the bookkeeper and administrator. Assisting the Pioppi Family are 12 workers.
